About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee operations at our Industrial Gases plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective plant performance while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day plant operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive operational excellence through preventive maintenance, process improvements, and optimization initiatives.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines.
• Manage production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor plant KPIs, budgets, and cost control measures.
• Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of safety and performance.
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless business operations.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on plant performance, safety, and productivity.
