Pacific Manpower Services LLP is the name given to our organization by the professionals who founded this collective. Our founders bring more than 40 years of experience in headhunting, shortlisting, mobilizing, interviewing, documenting, and recruiting skilled manpower from India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bangladesh for various parts of the world. We serve industries such as construction, oil & gas, shipbuilding & maintenance, hospitality, manufacturing, trading, educational platforms, and more.

Starting in the early 90s, we began as headhunters for various companies during the construction and oil & gas boom in the Middle East following the Gulf War. We traveled all over India to mobilize skilled and unskilled laborers initially, and gradually expanded to include supervisors and engineers. We have mobilized 5,400 candidates in the span of two months for a reputed organization’s particular project—a record that still stands in the Indian recruitment market.
In the early 2000s, the European market opened up to Indian professionals. Although the process and documentation were longer and more complicated compared to Gulf countries, we successfully processed and mobilized around 18,000 professionals to Europe.
Today, the industry is highly competitive, and the recruitment environment has become unhealthy due to inexperienced and unprofessional agencies and consultants entering the market. However, Pacific Manpower Services LLP stands alone on this platform with 80+ headhunters and 21 trade and interview centers all over India. With 40+ years of experience in all parts of the recruitment process and a database (gold mine) of 2 million skilled manpower, we have continuously provided excellent services to our clients.
We coordinate and help both companies and candidates to reach mutual agreements that benefit both parties. We ensure candidates deliver to their full capacity and make sure companies uphold their part of the agreement by providing all the facilities they have promised.
